Gluten Free Protein Pancakes

1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Quaker Oats
1 cup 2% Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 cup of Egg Whites
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
3 dashes of Cinnamon powder

Blend all ingredients
Cook on stove top on medium heat
Add optional Blueberries while cooking (for high anti-oxidants)

Meal prep should take 5 mins
1 serving = 5″ pancake, 85 Calories, over 8g of protein
